Over time, the large industrial employers that used to define North Adam's identity came and went. Today, North Adams is experiencing another economic transition into a hub of cultural and creative industries. This Cultural District Strategic Plan proposes strategies to temporarily activate public spaces to spur long-term economic development and change.
